Meet Robert Ward

Thank you for dropping by. I am pleased to have this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Robert Ward and I'm a Certified General Appraiser and Realtor specializing in commercial appraisals. My home base is Athens, Georgia. My career started in carpentry and progressed into real estate appraisal and real estate sales. My appraiser classification is Certified General Real Property Appraiser which is the highest possible in the state of Georgia. Licensed for 17 years, I have been diligently appraising real estate all over the Southeast, U.S. My coverage area is primarily Northeast Georgia but I will travel to certain parts of South Carolina, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle if needed. My client base includes individual property owners, real estate investors as well as local and national lenders.

Real Estate Appraisal was a natural direction for my career. With my carpentry background, most aspects of building and construction are familiar to me. This has enabled me to be a better appraiser. I put all of my experience and training to work for every client on every appraisal. I am thankful to be an appraiser and honor the profession.

Lender Packets are available online in the Client Area. The packets include contact information for all the appraisers at Boswell Appraisal Services, LLC, resumes, copies of licenses and Errors and Omissions insurance. Sample reports are also available upon request.
